just a thought...
Something I realized today: practice rooms can be therapeutic. It’s not only an excellent distraction but also a productive one. Sitting there and practicing for a few hours can clear your head while you make progress on scales or repertoire. Also, practice rooms are a great place to have a quick chat with other music majors and gain their perspective on many thing— not only music.

Christmas break went by far too quickly and I’m sure all you college students out there would agree. Though, all-in-all, I think I was rather productive. Then again, break is supposed to be licensed time to NOT be productive so, considering that, I didn’t do too badly.
